Sometimes I see people doing everything right.
They’re showing up.
Eating better.
Moving daily.
Choosing growth.
And you can feel the energy shift—they’re starting to shine.
But then… they find one thing.
One part of their body they don’t like.
One number on the scale.
One stubborn area that’s taking its time.
And suddenly, that one flaw becomes the focus.
They zoom in so hard on that one spot that they lose sight of everything else they’re doing right.

Don’t focus on the flaw. Focus on the flow.
The flaw says:
“Why isn’t my stomach flat yet?”
“Why do my arms still jiggle?”
“Why can’t I get this one thing to change?”
The flow says:
“I’ve been showing up every day.”
“I’m getting stronger.”
“I feel more energized, more grounded.”
“My consistency is adding up.”
You can feel the difference, can’t you?
One is heavy, nitpicky, and draining.
The other is light, steady, and forward-moving.
And here’s something to really think about:
Would you rather have that flaw… or your past?
Because let’s be honest—there was a time when you weren’t this committed.
When you didn’t feel this alive.
When you weren’t making choices aligned with your future self.
And now you are.
That little “flaw” you’re obsessing over?
That’s a detail.
A leftover.
A tiny bump on the road of a major transformation.
It doesn’t deserve center stage.
So change the angle.
Zoom out.
Let that “flaw” remind you just how far you’ve come.
And if it still needs work?
Cool.
But don’t give it more power than your progress.
Don’t let it speak louder than your growth.
Focus on the flow. That’s where your power is.
That’s where your joy lives.
That’s what’s carrying you forward.
So today, don’t shrink yourself trying to fix something small.
Expand yourself by honoring all the steps you’ve taken.
Because you’re not that past version anymore.
And that flaw?
It can ride in the passenger seat if it wants to.
But you’re driving now.

Thank you
